David A. Shelly

Founder/Chief Executive Officer

David Shelly is the founder and CEO of Vision Coast Investments. Mr. Shelly oversees the investment management, investor relations, and overall investment strategy for the company. Prior, Mr. Shelly gained experience in real estate working with one of California's preeminent housing developers leading their acquisition team in the Bay Area. Today he leads Vision Coast Investments as an investment, development, and management company. Mr. Shelly graduated from the University of Utah with a B.S. in Finance and an emphasis on Strategic Management. Mr. Shelly's unique investment approach focuses on value-add, growth, and prudent capital placement. No slowing down in sight, Vision Coast Investments continues to redefine the coastal landscape.

Grant E. Connealy


Grant Connealy has acquired a diverse skill set that has set him apart to lead Vision Coast Investments to new territories and greater investment opportunities. Mr. Connealy sits as President of Vision Coast Investments, and brings with him a background in restructuring and portfolio buyouts with Macquarie Investment Bank's Aircraft and Leasing group, Mr. Connealy received his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University with a B.S. in Finance. He has impressed many as a forward thinker and excellent communicator. Mr. Connealy also spearheads most of our companies charity events and non-profit out reach.

Joseph D. Rodden

Founder/Chief Financial Officer

Joseph Rodden brings to the table an unmatched level of experience in the finance industry. Mr. Rodden spent time in BlackRock's Financial Markets Advisory group in New York City and Washington, DC, providing strategic advice to some of the world's largest financial institutions and regulators. After BlackRock, Mr. Rodden worked in Strategic Finance and Corporate Development at Affirm, during which time the company raised over $300 million in new funding and more than doubled in size. Mr. Rodden graduated with a B.A. in Mathematics from Vanderbilt University, where he was a Cornelius Vanderbilt scholar, and is currently pursuing his MBA at Harvard Business School.
